Who is writing this and calling these ladies "two monkeys"?

About 1909. While the postmark gives April 8, no year is legible. Since the card is addressed to Platte Center, Nebraska, the postcard was sent before my grandparents moved to Oklahoma in 1910 - probably 1908-1910 given the apparent ages of the two sisters.
