Dear Sister    We have a few pictures finished.  Now, will send you one.  Its not so very good but then you can see them flowers any how.  That bunch where it says at rest is from the womans club, they have that framed now.   We had a fine rain last night it was geeting kind a dry.

We had mission festival yesterday quite a crowd in the afternoon.

A funeral wreath[1]. Probably that of Ida Lucia (Martensen) Petersen who died 24 May 1913.  She was the mother of Lucy and step-mother of Marie "Mary".

Probably the postmark is June, 1913.

Postmark is Monroe, Nebraska.

1. Another possibly is that this is a funeral wreath of Emma (Petersen) Mueller who died 12 Aug 1913. She was the sister of Marie "Mary" and step-sister of Lucy.
